This is kind of a teaser poster/cover for the Condiment Girl origins comic I'm working on ... still messing about with the "script" at this stage but she should go pretty fast after I have this hard bit in the bag.
All Photoshop 7 with my Wacom pl-510 ... only one photograph of a sky is in this finished piece and you can't see much of it cause it's the background, other than that I only used photographs for reference and it is all digitally painted! No photo manipulation in this baby. References used were two photos of "the real condiment girl" aka Pazza of her face (more for continuity and look-a-like reasons than anything else and a photo of the barrel ... it's almost exactly the barrel at the end of my driveway only bigger ... even down to the colour. spooky, or not.
This took a while this one and I'm getting more skilled (i think) and not using my "ink" as much (notice only the very out line is in the finished piece)

The detailing of these female characters are absolutely wonderful! I really love how you did her hair really well as well as the rest of this painting.
