CONDIMENT GIRL COVER COMPETITION STILL ON!

All you have to do is create an piece of alternate cover art for the Condiment Girl origins comic.

So get drawing guys!

OK, so I've not really been online a lot for a while and it's for a few reasons but one big reason was my friend Katherine came over to stay for two weeks a while back and I totally ignored DA while I had a real person to talk to.

Anyway because I wasn't paying attention to DA when I checked DA I had well over 1500 deviations to look at! now only 900 (ish) and almost 200 messages to sort out most of them journals so not too bad. anyway I'm almost up to date.

id be down for creating the cover although i know very little of the characters origin which is what the cover/book is about. if u can sum up the origin, ill see what i can do.

Great news, Condiment Girl is a half Irish half Bangladeshi english born 18 year old girl. The origin itself isn't needed in the cover (I don't want to give away the story before anyone opens the comic).

I can tell you it's an industrial accident at Condiment Co. Ltd. factory that gives her her powers (a little bit like daredevil i guess but without the blindness) so if you wanted to add a barrel of Condiment X somewhere that'd work well. She decovers her powers in the hospital... other than that I'd really be giving away too much.

Condiment X barrels look like dark brown oil barrels with white stenciled "Condiment X"

Hope all that helps and I can't wait to see what you can do.

great ill see what i can do i just caught this journal today, and i like the look of the character i just dont know anything about her. so aside from a pre bio bio, what are her powers? man i dont want this taken as an insult, if i see offers for work or opportunites to do some kinda art im all for it, whether i know what it is im working on or not. ive seen pics and she reminds me kinda of ms marvel, but it be good to know what she can do so i have a better idea of where to take the image. from one image that i looked at it appeared she was spraying ketchup and mustard. just a jet stream of red and yellow. i dunno, if u dont respond or respond aggitated i know why.but id really be down for doing this and getting more aquainted with the character. thanks

Thought I'd replied to this ages ago but I remembered my PC was all crap and didn't send it.

Condiment girl powers:
Squirts ketchup and mustard from her wrists (kinda like Spiderman but she can't swing on it). Later on in the storyline she learns to fly by using her ketchup and mustard squirting power as jet propulsion! She can spit acid vinegar that burns through almost anything. and she has Tabasco tears (don't know what they do but they sounded cool).

If you think of her as a cross between Ms Marvel and Supergirl you'd be along the right track (ish).
